Cement prices have been stable across the country during the past week
Pakistan Bureau of Statistics has released the data according to which the average price per sack of cement in Islamabad was Rs 1107 while in Rawalpindi it was Rs 1133.
In the northern regions of the country, the average price of cement per sack was recorded at Rs 1127, which is 0.24% less than the previous week, when the average price of cement per sack was recorded at Rs 1129.
In the southern regions of the country, the average price per bag of cement was recorded at Rs 1167, which is 0.03% higher than the previous week.
Decline in cement shipments and sales
According to the statistical report, the price of cement per sack was recorded as Rs 1140 in Gujranwala, Rs 1170 in Lahore, Rs 1140 in Sialkot, Rs 1120 in Sargodha, and Rs 1133 in Multan.The price of a sack of cement in Faisalabad was Rs 1100, in Bahawalpur Rs 1150, in Peshawar Rs 1120 and in Bannu the average price per sack of cement was recorded Rs 1080.
1130 rupees in Karachi, 1150 rupees in Hyderabad, 1210 rupees in Sukkur, 1170 rupees in Larkana, 1190 rupees per bag of cement in Quetta.
