After the decision of the local court of Islamabad in the Tosha Khana case, the police arrested former Prime Minister Imran Khan from Zaman Park.

PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi while talking to local TV said that the court's decision has just come and meanwhile the police have reached Zaman Park.
He said that he will approach the Supreme Court about the decision.
When Imran Khan's lawyer did not appear, Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar Khan said that he will pronounce the judgment of the case at 12:30.
Earlier, the court had given ex-prime minister's lawyer Khawaja Haris time to appear in the court till 12 noon, but he did not appear.
The assistant lawyer of Khawaja Haris had said while appearing in the court that 'Khawaja Haris is currently busy in the accountability court, so he could not appear.'
The assistant lawyer said that as soon as he leaves there, he will appear in court.
Judge Humayun Dilawar Khan said that if Khawaja Haris does not appear, what will happen? Yesterday's order had clear instructions for the appearance.
He said that in such a situation non-bailable arrest warrants are issued.
"Khawaja Haris will be hashed at 12 o'clock otherwise the decision will be reserved."
According to local media reports, a heavy police force was deployed outside the court.
The lawyers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf have approached the Supreme Court against the decision of the Islamabad High Court.
The Islamabad High Court had ordered that the Sessions Court should again hear the parties and decide on the admissibility petition.
The court rejected Imran Khan's request to transfer the Tosha Khana case to another court.
The court rejected the request of former Prime Minister and Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan to change the judge and said that Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar will hear the Tosha Khana case.
Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq pronounced the decision on Imran Khan's appeals.
Imran Khan had filed eight petitions, including stopping the trial of the Tosha Khana case, changing Judge Humayun Dilawar, and terminating the right to defense.
The District and Sessions Court had summoned former Prime Minister Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case.
