According to the World News Agency, Israel says that during a clash at the Rafah crossing in Gaza, an Egyptian army officer was killed. However, there were no Israeli soldiers hurt.

On the flip side, Egyptian authorities claim that the Israeli army acted aggressively at the Rafah border. They also mentioned that no Israeli soldiers were injured, but they didn't give an exact number. Other sources suggest that soldiers from both countries were harmed, but the exact count isn't confirmed yet.


The reason for the clash between the two forces at the Rafah crossing is still unknown. Both governments have been talking at a high level to deal with this issue.

It's important to know that the Egyptian army is at the Rafah Crossing to protect its borders. Trucks carrying aid supplies from all over the world enter Rafah through there.

On the Israeli side of the Rafah crossing, soldiers are present to inspect aid trucks coming from Egypt and let them in.
