Popular social media influencer Rajab Butt was arrested in Lahore for allegedly keeping a lion cub without permission and illegally showing firearms.
The Wildlife Department and local police carried out a joint operation at Butt’s home in the Chung area after receiving complaints about violations of wildlife laws and illegal possession of weapons.
Rajab Butt is well-known for his exciting lifestyle content and daring stunts on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, where he has a massive following of 4.56 million subscribers on YouTube alone. His videos, which showcase his travel adventures and daily life, are especially popular among young audiences.
Now, Butt is being investigated for breaking wildlife preservation laws and firearm display regulations. Legal proceedings are currently in progress.
