HBO Max has now officially launched in Pakistan, bringing fans a wide range of international movies and shows. The launch is part of HBO Max’s expansion in South and Southeast Asia, which also includes countries like Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Brunei, Laos, Cambodia, Mongolia, and Macau.
In Pakistan, HBO Max offers two main plans:
Standard Plan: Rs. 800 per month, with 1080p video quality, 30 downloads, and streaming on two devices at the same time.
Premium Plan: Rs. 1,100 per month, with 4K resolution, Dolby Atmos sound, 100 downloads, and streaming on up to four devices.
Users can also save money by choosing yearly plans, costing Rs. 5,600 for the Standard plan and Rs. 7,700 for the Premium plan — a discount of up to 46%.
Operated by Warner Bros. Discovery, HBO Max offers a variety of content including HBO Originals, Warner Bros. movies, and shows from DC, Cartoon Network, and Discovery Channel.
Some of the most popular titles available on the platform include The Last of Us, Succession, Game of Thrones, and The Batman.
