The International Cricket Council (ICC) has officially confirmed the venues for the T20 World Cup 2026 , which will be co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka from February 7 to March 8, 2026. The tournament will feature 20 teams competing for cricket’s most coveted T20 title.

India’s Host Cities and Stadiums

In India, matches will be played across five iconic stadiums:

  • Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi
  • Eden Gardens, Kolkata
  • MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai
  • Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad
  • Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai

These venues are expected to host key matches, including India’s potential Super Eight fixtures in Ahmedabad, Chennai, and Kolkata. Should India reach the semi-finals, the matches will be staged in Mumbai, with the final likely in Ahmedabad, depending on the teams involved.

Sri Lanka’s Host Venues

Sri Lanka will welcome the tournament with matches held at:

  • Pallekele International Stadium, Kandy
  • R. Premadasa Stadium, Colombo

All of Pakistan’s group stage matches will be played in Sri Lanka, either in Colombo or Kandy.
